Tomato Salad with boccocini perle and Dressing
This recipe is the perfect combination between the ideal depth of our basil and the wonderful taste of tomato.

Ingredients
SALAD
1 container of Bocconcini pearls
6 italian tomatoes, quartered
100 g mixed salad greens
1 clamshell Trudeau fresh basil, chopped
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
250 ml olive oil
75 ml balsamic vinegar
1/2 bunch of Italian parsley
15 ml meaux mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) In a bowl, put tomatoes. Set aside.
2) To make dressing, mix all the ingredients. Add Parsley chopped.
3) Arrange a bed of mixed greens in four plates. Arrange portions Bocconcini salads and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with basil. Cool each plate in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes before serving.
