Kale and orchard fruits salad

Ingredients
SALAD
1 bunch Trudeau Farms kale bunch or 1 clamshell (227gr) Trudeau Farms
1 ripe pear
2 red apples
50 g bacon lardons
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
60 ml maple syrup
100 ml light olive oil
40 ml cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) Wash, drain and cut kale in pieces
2) Display Kale in a service bowl
3) Cook the lardons, drain and set aside
4) Mix together the maple syrup, the oil, the cider vinegar and season to taste.
5) Cut the apples and the pear in small dices (0.5 cm) and put on top of the Kale
6) Add the dressing and the lardons
7) Mix and serve
