Halibut with Trudeau Pesto GARLIC & FRESH HERBS and Hazelnuts


The flavors of Provence applied to a succulent roast fish. A true moment of happiness for your senses!

Ingredients

600 g halibut fillet

62 ml red onions diced

80 g hazelnuts

100 g butter

Lime juice to taste

Directions

1) Chop the red onions. In a small bowl combine red onions and pesto and mix.

2) Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper

3) Place the halibut on the parchment paper and spread a tablespoon of pesto on each filet. Bake 10 minutes. Sauté hazelnuts in the butter and add a few drops of lime juice. Place them on the fish fillets. Serve immediately with a green vegetable and rice.
