Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Honey and Cilantro


The festive atmosphere of the grill with a hint of oriental perfume.

Ingredients

8 wood skewers

24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

65 ml (13 tsp) sesame seeds

60 ml (1/4 cup(s)) honey

Sufficient amount of salt and pepper

30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice

Directions

1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

2) Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer.

3) Preheat barbecue to medium heat and cook the skewers until they change color, to get a pink color. It can also pass the skewers in the oven on broil for the same result.
