Green swisschard, prosciutto and grilled almonds salad
This recipe combines wonderfully originality, freshness and Italian flavors. A Mediterranean delight to everyone!

Ingredients
SALAD
1 Trudeau green swisschard clamshell (227 g)
100 ml light olive oil
150 g prosciutto
60 g sliced almonds
¼ honey melon, balled
VINAIGRETTE
40 ml modena balsamic vinegar
10 ml dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Directions
1) Wash and drain the Green Swisschard
2) Cut the swisschard and put in a mixing bowl
3) Broil the almond 2-3 minutes until slightly color
4) Let the almonds cool down
5) Prepare dressing : mix the oil, vinegar and Dijon mustard with a whisk. Season to taste
6) Pour the dressing over the swisschard and mix well.
7) Dress the plates: place prosciutto rosettes around the swisschard and put a melon pearl in the center. Garnish with roasted almonds
8) Serve
