Continuing the agricultural tradition of his ancestors, Gérard Trudeau and his wife Françoise decided in 1981 to produce fresh herbs and to create ‘Les Fines Herbes de Chez Nous Inc.‘. From this moment, they are dedicated to this business and their sons, Martin and Vincent, will join the operations a few years later.
