Pizza with Goat Cheese and Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 tortillas, 12-inch
8 oyster mushrooms
1/2 pack Pesto Basil Fresh
1 goat cheese log
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 165ºC (325ºF).
2) Brush tortillas with Pesto Basil Fresh
3) Remove stems from Swisschard and cut leaves. Garnish tortillas with Swisschard, mushrooms, and crumbled cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4) Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
